Velvet Influence Apply now

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 23 October 2026

This policy explains what information Velvet Influence ("we", "us") collects through this application page, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Velvet Influence is responsible for the personal information collected on this page. We manage creators' pages and connect creators with brands. This page takes applications from creators who want to work with us. For anything related to this policy, email us at contact@velvetinfluencers.com.

2. Information we collect

When you submit the application form, you give us:

If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you pick.

As you browse, we and our service providers also collect:

If you choose "Under 18", "Over 50" or "I'm not on OnlyFans yet" in the form, the form stops and nothing you entered is sent to us.

3. How we use your information

4. Who processes your data

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this page work:

Each provider processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy. Some of them process data in the United States or the European Union; where data leaves the UK or the EU, it is protected by the safeguards those providers use, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep application data for up to 12 months after your application, unless we start working together, in which case we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can email contact@velvetinfluencers.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. We respond to every request within one month.

UK and EU: you also have the right to restrict how we use your data, to get a copy in a portable format, and to object to advertising measurement at any time (email us, or block cookies as described in section 7). You can complain to your data protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK.

California: you have CCPA rights, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to opt out of the sharing of your information for advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We treat the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out.

7. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

The Meta Pixel places a tracking cookie in your browser so Meta can recognise you and measure how our ads perform.

The pixel loads when you visit this page, unless your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as an opt-out.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings and control how Meta uses your data for ads in your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies won't stop the page from working. The application form keeps your answers and the ad you came from in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, and keeps the ad click ID in local storage for 90 days so a later visit is still credited to the right ad.

8. Age requirement

Velvet Influence works exclusively with adults. This page and our services are for people 18 or older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes take effect when posted.

10. Contact
